QUANTITY : 5,000,000 MT – 10,000,000 MT ON A YEARLY CONTRACT
FOB PRICE : $500 PER MT
TTM PROCEDURE FOB
1. Buyer issue ICPO along with valid TSA for seller’s verification
2. Seller issue C.I, buyer counter-sign and return for final legalization
3. Seller issue below listed document for buyer verification.
A) Statement of product availability.
B) Commitment letter to supply
C) Tank farm Notice of readiness
D) Seller TSR
E) Product Passport
4. Upon verification of the Above listed Partial POP document, buyer open communication {between Seller/representative, Seller tank farm management/ representative, Buyer/representative and Buyer tank farm/representative } for Schedule of TTM to be held at Buyer tank farm,, NOTE : in the TTM below listed document will be submitted for review.
A. Product SGS Fresh report less than 24hours
B. Seller Export License
C. Product Title documents
D. Injection report
E. Tank to tank injection agreement to be signed by all parties (4)
F. Certificate of Origin
G. Dip-test Authorization
H. Seller shall inspect buyers tank for confirmation of readiness
I. Seller and Buyer business registration certificate.
5. Upon successful completion of the TTM meeting, buyer move to sellers tank to conduct Dip test, Q&Q e.t.c , Upon successful completion of Dip-Test buyer pay 100% of total product to available for the transaction by MT103.
6. Upon seller receive of buyers payment the product title document is transferred to buyers name and injection commence immediately
7. Seller pays all intermediaries involve.
