Job Title: Helpdesk

 

Location: Bradenton, FL

 

Duration: Contract to Hire

Job Description:

·         Handling incoming queries (phone, e-mails, query management tool), analyzing root causes of problems, escalating to other groups (departments, Business Units, Supplier and stakeholder) and

·         producing outputs in the following areas: Manage P2P Query, Resolve P2P Query, Manage C2C Query, Resolve C2C Query, Manage R2A Query, Resolve R2A Query, Manage HRO Query, Resolve HRO Query, Manage P2D Query, Resolve P2D Query.

·         The role needs to collaborate effectively with other departments, Business Units, suppliers and stakeholders. .

·         Working with the Suppliers to help them correct their content submissions. .

·         Supplier feedback/help desk type of role making calls and sending emails.

·         Some technical background for trouble shooting and triaging issues. .

·         Communicate effectively to internal customers .

·         Meeting and exceeding the customers service level agreements .

·         Excellent interpersonal skills, hard-working self-starter and flexibility required to accommodate work
