Description:
Should
have worked in a similar position before and should have had experience in
managing and leading a global team
Proficient
in handling Windows 7, 8 and 10 OS
Proficient
in handling basic productivity apps usually installed on end user devices like
Office etc.
Should
have working knowledge of a Service Management platform like SNOW
Knowledge
of supporting and managing MAC devices would be a plus, at the minimum should
be willing to train and work in that area
Should
have a working knowledge of SCCM
Should
have worked in a high pressure environment before and should know how to handle
VIP customers
Basic
knowledge of handling Audio / Video equipment would be a big plus
