Requirements: 

- 4-5 years of experience in a technical environment. 
- Familiarity w/ windows 10

- Tier 3 or tier 4 desktop support Experience
- Microsoft office 2010 exp.
- familiarity with docX
- Bachelor's degree
- exp in the financial sector or legal sector is a plus
- exp dealing with demanding individuals
-Windows 10 suite
