Dear Brother Kofi,
Thanks for your input. I totaly agree with. But let me make this clear. I am Originally from Togo, a french speaking country. I never hear about Togolese being able to go to France without visa. May this is true for people like Eyadema, Houhpouet Boigny, in short for African dictators who work for France interests.
It will not be easy, but I trust English speaking countries to really put pressure on French speaking countries and free Africa. It will happen and I am confident. We need to really lobby from English speaking countries to help French speaking countries free themselves.
With the help of the United States, Africa can become a great nation.
Iam confident and I know through our actions, a Federal government will be born soon in Africa for our redemption.

I was in Ivory Coast in 1982, when French President Mittirant came for official visit to this Sister country to Ghana and he declared that " I am an Ivory Coaster". I told my host that, that was a deception.
Note until quite recently, most or all the citizens Francophone countries did need passport to enter France. They could go with just their national identity card They were all considered French citizens.
Also know that it was the deception of France that brought the recent calamity unto our people in Ivory Coast. Generally speaking France exploded Atomic Bomb in the Sahara desert and it took Kwame Nkrumah with his Soviet Union and the Chinese support to stop France.
If Nkrumah had not rushed ten million pounds and five million pounds to Guinea and Mali respectively, these two nations would have been bankrupted by France when they opted out of Francophone agreement of
re-.colonialization of Africa.
It was France which forced Houphobioni, the then President of Ivory Coast to oust Nkrumah from joining the Morovian group and Nkrumah had to join the Cassablanca group to eventually prevail upon the West African leaders of Togo and Ivory Coast through our Noble King Haile Sellasie, Ben Bella and Nassar to bring about OAU.
Lastly, it was France which spearheaded the NATO force to create confusion in Libya, one of the best organized state in the world, to create now the failed state.
France however saved our black faces when insurgent took Mali and France had to redeem us for had it been Africa alone, these insurgents will still be in Mali.
Generally, France is the number one enemy of Africa and the development of modern Africa. If all the Francophone countries stop importing from France, that country will cave in and become a failed state despite the support of NATO.
We must concentrate on developing a UNITED STATES OF AFRICA as a prelude to competing with the Europeans. Our worries over imperialism should be over but the present imperialists are like leeches. They will suck our blood till we die of hunger, deprivation and penury.
They feed on Africa and Africans and will never let go Africa as long as our consumption of GOODS AND SERVICES is dependent on European manufacturing goods. They will do all they can to subvert our countries and our progressive leaders.
Can you imagine all the Francophone countries importing solely from FRANCE? Do you think France will allow our leaders alone? The staggering unemployment in Francophone countries is a serious concern for all Africa for France only manufactures in France and no factory is build on the soil of Africa. THIS IS THE NEW COLONIALISM and IMPERIALISM.
Modern economies demand large local market. States like Portugal and Spain that do not depend on the law of large numbers suffer periodic inflation. All the African countries with no exception, even South Africa will deteriorate into similar situation like Portugal and Spain, Greek and others.
Inflation, THE ENEMY of CURRENCY, is best controlled by serious production of goods and services supporting a productive currency. THE UNITED STATES OF AFRICA GOVERNMENT is a must to stabilize its currency, the African, create employment, and bring stability into our continent.
Do you guys live in America? Watch how the federal PRINTS and spends money. The annual budgets of the federal, the states and counties are mind bogging if you realize these staggering monies in the dollar are all spend in one year and it is repeated with exponential increments.
And we sit in Africa wondering why our economies are shaky and our youth unemployed. REMEMBER THE ECONOMIC STUMULANTS OF OBAMA? No government which is at war in all these conflict areas of the world can undertake such massive expenditures unless all the 50 states support it.
Africa has 54 states with a population 4 times that of USA. We can do miracle if our 54 states adopt the American system of living from year to year with such massive federal and state budgets.
Africa will UNITE if we who live in America understand the Jews and adopt their approach to influencing their governments, we can lobby our African leaders to UNITE with real organized front as proposed by SADA

You are doing the right thing with your lives. Most of us think that life is made by doing nothing. This is false, whatever we want, we must work for it and as long as we work for it, it will be realized. Do not give up on your efforts because others are looking the other way and not the way you want us to go because there are human beings who will not listen to ideas that will help them. We also have such people among us and they will only do what will benefit them personally. We have work to do by beginning from the beginning that we are one people and one destiny as said by many of our past leaders. Keep on. Life is a struggle and at 76 in August 29, 2015, as an African, I have realized that if and only if some of us can understand what the Europeans and Arabs have done to our brains, we will forever cry for Africa. They have made us captive and captured consumers of European goods and unless we unite, England, France, Belgium, Portugal
these former slave masters will forever use us. Can you imagine all the Francophone countries in Africa import solely from France and yet France is giving Africans no place to live in France. All the youth in Africa should rush to Europe for not building a single factory in Africa. Why?

I have never met My Elder Brother Dr. Kofi Agyapong but I have been exchanging with him via email or phone for more than six month (since September 2014) on this project. I also wanted to let you know that your great ideas must be submitted to the other Pan African Federalists and doing this is one of the main reasons why we are calling for this Congress which in our minds can be likened to the Conventions that the American Political Parties organized to launch their Presidential Campaigns. The Congress will be for us the Moment to Launch the Campaign for the Birth of the United African States within less than a generation. The preparatory period of this Congress is in fact a time during which we are putting together the Campaign Machine.
At this particular juncture we are creating the Regional Initiating Committees (RIC) and the National Initiating Committees(NIC). On top of the five African Continental regions that you have mentioned we have 7 more Regions (Europe, North America, Latin America, Caribbean Islands, Middle East, Near East, Far East ).
Each Region has a Hub Country and Ghana is the Hub Country for West Africa. It would be great if SADA can contribute to the potency and efficiency of the RIC-West Africa or any other Region et has members. We would also like to see SADA contribute to the Creation of the NICs in the countries where it has a membership presence.
Let's move things forward as fast as we can!
