Dear All,

I wanted to let you know that the free non-profit psychometric profiling service I've been working on for the past few years is (finally) live.

For the uninitiated (I'd mentioned briefly during my QS talk back in Dec 2012), it's a data co-operative to help us understand more about ourselves and, ultimately, find the most suitable projects and jobs. The more data we can get in the better the data we'll get out so be great if you'd be willing to signup and take the questionnaires (takes ~20mins in total).

Everyone who completes the questionnaires gets data-based feedback about their personality, underlying motivations, team role preferences, likely leadership styles and some other profile tools, too (e.g. the option to create and compare yourself against private work or hobby groups). Ever wondered whether you match the profile of someone who's self-employed? There's only one way to find out... =)

Comments, questions and suggestions very welcome and please also feel free to pass on to anyone else who you think may be interested.

Thanks
Neil

Awesome! Congrats Neil. I love it when a plan comes together and couldn't happen to a nicer guy.
