Can anyone recommend an accurate blood ketone meter?

I've heard that precision xtra is meant to be the best one for home use, but I haven't seen it being sold in the UK.

My wife and I use the FreeStyle Optium Neo. Works well and available in the UK. It can test for glucose as well; although I prefer the AccuCheck Mobile for that.
