My wife found the following test:

It looked interesting until I looked at the sample result which gives back no quantifiable results just qualitative prose (I'm not counting their arbitrary 1 to 10 scale of overall health as it seems a bit flimsy).

Does anyone know of a good test that can be done in the London area?

I have done http://ubiome.com/ (SF-based, but can post from UK). They are a bit slow on the turnaround and the site is still beta, but you get more raw data and it's all quantified. It was set up by scientists who seem to be on the cutting edge, it just seems there isn't that much known about it at the moment.

This could be useful. British sister of the American Gut project.

I've done the wellbiome test https://wellbiome.com/ a year or so ago.

The output was completely not what I expected - not very actionable at all.

I can share it if anyone's interested - it's a PDF file.

Ken/David - did you end up signing up for the http://britishgut.org/

Just wondering what the output of this is. It was mentioned in the latest Runner's World magazine :)

I didn’t. The feedback I got was only “ok” with the main complaint being that it wasn’t actionable enough. I’d still like to do it but it’s dropped down a level for me in priority.
