I have rosacea and I hate it. You usually get prescribed antibiotics for it but no one knows really why they help. And then it comes back anyway. So I want to get to the bottom of it and hack it.
I'm looking for a two things really:
- suggestions of methodologies, i.e. how to quantify improvement (I'm thinking just a plain 1-10 score, daily) and how to attribute changes to the right factor; what to look out for; how long to experiment for;
- suggestions of things to try out; I'm aware of the standard list of triggers (alcohol, heat etc) but I'm also open to some more wacky/anecdotal things to try out.
