How to download a file and save it with a different name

Hi,

I'm trying to get a file that is generated in a server and save it to a local folder with a different name.

I can access the generated PDF document with the ChromeDriver, but am having a difficult time to downloading it to document the test execution.

Can anyone point me to a similar approach?
