to Selenium Users

So, the above WebDriverException occurs when i'm connected to the internet through my WiFi AP at home. However, when i instead use the hotspot on my iPhone, everything runs as expected. Anyone have any idea how to configure my router accordingly? Simple port forwarding didn't help. Also, i really have no idea about networks. Please ELI5.
