Not able to locate the element highlighted (in red) in below screenshot of Wordpress.com.

 Dear group members. Please help me locating the highlighted "Select" button and also tell me which type of web element is it? Screenshot is taken from Wordpress.com.

1. Click login button on homepage.

2. Click Register on login page.

3. Select a theme.

4. Enter the name of your choice. Attached screen will be there.

Could you please provide the DOM structure of this particular page. So that we can help you in fixing the issue, Only the screenshot as reference is not sufficient.
