Selenium cannot interact with Flash, you could give one of the following a try (I have no idea how up to date they are):

 

·         https://code.google.com/p/flash-selenium/

·         https://code.google.com/p/flex-ui-selenium/

·         https://code.google.com/p/sfapi/

 

You could also have a look at something like Sikuli:

 

·         http://www.sikuli.org/

 

Or if you want to try and keep with a Selenium like API:

 

·         https://code.google.com/p/sikuli-api/wiki/SikuliWebDriver
