App launching but still having Selenium.WebDriver Exception

First time here so hello everyone!

I'm trying to run a very basic test case in Selenium C#. Right now I can successfully launch the app but keep getting a WebDriver Exception with an UnpackAndThrowOnError message. Any ideas for how to fix?
