Selenium with Test Result Dashboard

What is the current state of the art open source testing framework that includes a dashboard for managers to view test results?

Here is the context for that question:

I would like to implement several hundred selenium based tests that run against an in-house web-based application.

I would like to display the results on a dashboard so the manager can monitor progress on getting the tests to pass.

Presumably the manager would point her browser to the framework's server to view the dashboard.

Hi,

With the help of jenkins you can prepare/ set up jobs(automation suits/groups) which will show consolidated status of all executed tests/groups/suites on dashboard with some graphs as well.
