Nunit Reports

HI Friends,

Iam working on Selenium-webdriver using c#  with Nunit framwork for Data Driven testing.

When i run my Tests,from visual studio through Nunit,iam getting  Test results in XML File.

How can i get User Interactive friendly,graphical reports as we use to get in Selenium-Java-Testng. ?

Can you guys please help me in generating graphical ,user friendly reports  with Nunit.

hey there ..

I was in the same ship a few days ago ..

Until i figured out how to add it within VS IDE.

You can add External Tools Through Tools in VS IDE 

Once you have that in place it's easy.

Hi shaban,
Iam very new to automation. can  you please explain me elaborately.

Iam not using  NANT,iam only using  NUnit. Iam getting Testresults.xml file where i get results.

Now what should i need to do to generate good graphical reports ? Is Nant necessary to genrate graphical reports ?
should i need to write c# coding ? Please provide one good example,so that i can clear all my doubts.

Second part of my question : Since iam usint Datadriven framewrork,where i kept my multiple testdata in a excel sheet. suppose there is a Test case name  Login in my excel sheet.Now iam passing  positive and negative data to the login excel sheet. for positive test data,my test should pass and for negative test data my test is failing.

But...when i run my test fron Nunit iam able to run both the positive case and negative case for the same test case name login ..but the only latest result is getting updated in my  Testresults.xml.
In other words my testresults.xml is getting updated.

Please help....

My actual doubt is i am able to get  Testresut.xml file,when i run through   Nunit-GUI. Now can  you please tell me,how can i make these Testresult.xml file in to a good graphical userinterface file.
What is the procedure for converting  Testresults.xml file in to Graphical report.

Hi Shabana,

I am also waiting for a best answer for Riyasath's question and was tracking/waiting for a long time.

Even I am looking for a graphical report generated after the test run. Currently we are using the CI tool output. But if you can generate it , could u share it in detail.

P.S: I checked ur website, it's nice. We would need a graphical report and not a GUI option of Nunit in VS2010. I use visual Nunit which is way easy.
