Maven repo at nexus.openqa.org broken?

I have been asked by one of our users to upload the selenium-rc 1.0.3
jar to our internal maven repo. I prefer to use publicly available
repos for OS jars where possible. I have been getting a 'bad gateway'
response from the nexus.openqa.org site, which is mentioned on the
downloads page.

How long has this been down and is it usually a relaible source for
the selenium releases?

Selenium 1.0.3 is already in the central Maven repo. You don't need to
use the OpenQA repo anymore
