Missing runtimes folder when building v4.36.0 in Visual Studio

In Selenium v4.35.0, when I would build my C# project in Visual Studio, it would create a folder named runtimes which contained selenium-manager.exe.

I just upgraded to Selenium v4.36.0 in my Visual Studio C# project. I didn't make any code changes, just the upgrade. Now when I build my project, the runtimes folder isn't created, and I can't find selenium-manager.exe.

Was it moved in the new version? Where can I find it?
