Where are label and goto commands in Selenium IDE Version 1.0.9

I was using IDE Version 1.0.8 using label & goto ccommands. Then I
installed IDE 1.0.9 and noticed that label and goto commands are gone
What is up with that ? Nothing in release notes

The label and goto commands are provided using a custom user
extension. There may be a problem where 1.0.9 is not picking up any
user extensions previously configured, which will be worth
investigating and raising as an issue if it is the case. To get those
commands back you can either reinstall the custom user extension, or
use the Flow Control Plugin (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/
addon/85794/), which is the same extension wrapped as a plugin.
