When running selenium in Linux (Ubuntu), Firefox would not load.

Can anyone help me find a solution?

I'm thinking it might be the selenium server.

I'm used to running selenium in Windows 7, but just recently converted to Linux.

Ryan,

Selenium is already installed.

Firefox doesn't run after that.

Thank you

You mean to say firefox is already installed? Because that command was for installing FF.

Are you using the OpenJDK that comes with Ubuntu, or the Sun JDK? People have reported issues
using the OpenJDK version.

Can you provide the stack trace, my first guess would be that you are pointing at a shell script to start firefox and not the firefox binary which would cause you problems.
