Automate Oracle NetSuite

Hi all,

I'm trying to automate NetSuite and facing a few issues.

1. Can't pick from dropdown menus like in the following picture, the green selections work but the red one doesn't. I've tried to use all kinds of selectors (id, xpath, etc.) and using both selenium ID and the python framework.

2. When choosing elements in the following picture using selenium, it doesn't apply/exist after approving with "done" (more explanation benheat)

So I was able to pick an item from the left side, which send it to the left side, and was also able to choose a QTY. However after clicking on "Done" nothing happened, the item like never been chosen. Compared to using the GUI manually, it did work.
