healthcheck url for aws application load balancer

Hello,

I deployed selenium grid (both hub and nodes) as AWS ECS Fargate containers. However Fargate keeps resetting them because the selenium hub process does not respond to the default application loadbalancer healthcheck url which is "/" . Is there any rest endpoint that the selenium hub exposes that can be used to satisfy the aws application load balancer healthcheck.
