Login Page having Captcha

Hi All,

Can a login page be Automated through Selenium incase the Login page consists of CAPTCHA?

Incase Yes , then how ?

The purpose of CAPTCHA is to help verify who/what is accessing the page *and* it is an actual human being versus a "bot".  In this case, I would view Selenium as being "bot-like" and not intended to "automate" the CAPTCHA, similar to how basic auth automation is not in-scope of Selenium's purpose.

You can ask to developer to add some tag which will highlight answer or value of CAPTCHA but this tag will only available in QA environment (non PROD environment ). So you can use that tag to fill values in CAPTCHA and test it.
