Unable to open Chrome Browser.

Used the below code:

package SeleniumPractice;

import org.openqa.selenium.WebDriver;
import org.openqa.selenium.chrome.ChromeDriver;


public class Chrome
{
    public static void main(String[] args)
    {
        System.setProperty("webdriver.chrome.driver","C://Users//Desktop//Testing Prep/chromedriver.exe");
        WebDriver driver=new ChromeDriver();
    }

It is not showing any error.
But it is opening a page with reset settings . I have attached the screen shot below.

  Check the version of your Chrome browser and Chrome driver.
That error seems very strange

It is not your Script failure. that is yous windows issue kindly follow the below link you will defiantly get the answer

I think firewall of your system is blocking chrome.

Go to control panel and change the settings of chrome.

I am very confused by all these comments. No, it's nothing to do with software versions. No, nothing is "blocking" Chrome.

As another commenter and I have already said these links have the solution to your problem if you read them.

I tried the solution provided by you, now I am not getting reset settings page but an empty page named data is getting opened.
