the package org.openqa.selenium is not accessible

hi every one

I installe JDK 8, 

i install jdk 8 ,eclips i use Version: 2023-12 M2 and selenium 4.15.0 and i work with Windows 11 Professionnel Système type 64 bits.

but i got this error:

the package org.openqa.selenium is not accessible

i checked the variable enviremment i added jdk and selnium i cant find the solution thainks.
