Selenium IDE: Download and install old version

I need to roll back to a previous version of the IDE: preferably
1.0.8, but anything that can run on FF 3.6.12 is welcome. My problems
are this:

1) Where can I download the old version? I've looked at the old
downloads page, but the more 'recent' old versions aren't there (ie,
anything from 1.0.0 up). Even the nightly builds only have 1.0.3.

2) How do I install the nightly builds? Do I just download the XPI
file and install, or do I need to perform some magic with the JARs as
well?
