Automation of desktop application on mac os using selenium webdriver and AppiumForMac application

Hi,

I am trying to automate a desktop application on mac using selenium webdriver (Java) and AppiumForMac application. I need to automate some custom controls in that application and I dont know how to automate the custom controls. Can anybody help in this?

Did you try posting to the Appium forum? https://discuss.appium.io

And what exact issues are you running into? Might want to file an issue to the AppiumForMac project if you can and see what follow up you get for it. I'm not sure if AppiumForMac is widely used or not.
