Raspberry Pi 5 and .net 8 with Selenium

I am trying to use Selenium on a Raspberry pi 5 - Debian Bookworm 64bit
i have a c# .net 8 console app that runs fine on the device except when i try to launch the Chrome Driver

I get this error :

Error Starting process: ......./selenium-manger/linux/selenium-manager --browser "chrome" -- language-binding csharp --output json

does any body have any ideas what the issue could be.  On the device the selenium-manager  file appears to be in the folder with full permissions?

Any advice would be much appreciated
