How to handle a dynamic web page form fields

Hi all,

i need help

am working in project like web forms but the input fields will show dynamically

Ex:

a web form showing radio button yes/no , if user selected yes then it shows two new text inputboxes as child nodes

- if user select no in radio button then it shows multiple selectable dropdown box as child node

here finally first parent node(radio button) also not fixed it may be any thing 

by selection of Parent nodes child nodes will shown.
