In our project we are using a third party plugin to capture Image when I was running in IDE it was running perfect after recording through IDE.
But after I have generated a Java code and running it through Eclipse Luna SR1a (4.4.1) it was asking every time to install the plugin.
Plugin is IMAGE CAPTURE SUIT PLUGIN

It sounds like you might be using a different driver or browser target when running the test in Eclipse.
