how to start microsoft edge with remote debugging off?

Is there any way I can start microsoft edge with remote debugging off. Problem is I want to run my application in IE mode of MS edge. My organisation had made necessary changes and when I open my application manually on edge it is working fine but when through my script it is not.

Hi gentlemen

I am facing similar issue when I use Selenium to access to a website with IE mode. It is asking for remote debugging to be turned off. I am not sure how to do that. Have you guys have a solution that you can share ? Thank you.
