Firefox failed to open the listening port 127.0.0.1:49301 within 15s (Word/VBA)

I have uploaded a document with images describing the problem Uploaded to http://www.chrisgreaves.com/Downloads/MondayOctober252021.doc

Basically: I have successfully developed Win10/Word VBA code to scrape the web using Win10/Chrome/Bing on two of my laptop computers.

When I try to duplicate my efforts with Firefox i receive the message "Firefox failed to open the listening port 127.0.0.1:49301 within 15s"
