How can we connect selenium with citrix ?

Hi Buddies,
   Can anyone help me on this ? i am thinking of making framework for automation testing through citrix. Can we connect selenium RC or IDE with citrix? if yes, in case in application which we are going to perform this all will not use internet connectivity,so in this case how can we perform it ??
  One more i tried scripting that application by QTP but while recording it's window is recorded as "Remote". How can we solve it with selenium?
i think we can go by RC ? Please suggest the way i confused...

Selenium is used only for Web automation. It doesn't support Windows automation.

Thanks. Okay we need connectivity, now i want to use it in citix then how can i use selenium ide and webdriver ? and which will better option for me either go with IDE or webdriver..i think we connect by RC to remote server and citrix is something like that.. right ? correct me if i wrong..
