Reuse variables on Selenium IDE

Hi everyone, I'm a newbie in the Selenium world and I have a question :

I have been using since then another tool for regression testing where it is possible to reuse variables from one test to another (example : create a recording where you create a new customer and copy/save it's id , and then create a new order with this id customer that you have copy/save before)

Is it possible to save or copy variables and reuse them in Selenium IDE ? If it's possible how, is it a complicated way ?

For the record I'm using the Selenium IDE as an extension, the simple interface (as shown in the attachment).
