I'm trying to automate the monitoring of my speed with my provider by automating the speed test with Ookla server 'https://speedtest.net'. It seems that the page cannot be fully loaded with Selenium. Anybody knows if Ookla prevents doing that?

Speedtest.net has a developer section that does what you want.

Looks like a python library exists for just such a process. https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/test-internet-speed-using-python/
