Cloud management controller initialization aborted as CBCM is not enabled Error

This is my first time using selenium. I tried running a script which opens chrome and it did but close right away and the error message I got is this:
[6604:13556:1111/173331.383:ERROR:policy_logger.cc(157)] :components\enterprise\browser\controller\chrome_browser_cloud_management_controller.cc(163) Cloud management controller initialization aborted as CBCM is not enabled.

Also, I've search this problem on google and found a similar post but it was with edge and I still tried that solution was to use selenium version 3. I tried installing it but the it also failed.

Please someone can help me in this. Thanks, it's my first time using selenium
chromedriver and chrome are both same version which 119. it's chrome for beta.

I've tried this in chrome 114 and web driver 114 but same problem there.
