Not able to install Selenium IDE FF 46/47 and Windows 7

Hi All,

I am trying to install the latest version of Selenium IDE plugin on FireFox but it's not working. I was told it doesn't work on the latest version of FF (47). so I downgraded it to 46, but it still is not visible under the Tools menu or the toolbar. It goes thru the motion of installing, but after restarting FF browser the Selenium IDE is not there.

I have Windows 7. I tried FF 46/47 with both 32 bit and 64 bit versions. Any suggestions?
