How can I execute AutoSys job via selenium or using java

Hi,

I need to run a batch job that will pick my csv file to load data in DB, we are using AutoSys (scheduler) to do that. 

Can anyone suggest or have used an approach to kick off the job via batch file or programmatically using java.
