LogType.PERFORMANCE not available in C# ?

Hello,

I'm trying to automate some browser performance tests and was looking into implementing ChromeDriver's  performance logging as documented in http://seleniumhq.github.io/selenium/docs/api/dotnet/index.html

The problem is that I'm using .NET to build this and LogType.PERFORMANCE is not an option for me. The API documentation confirms it's not there (http://seleniumhq.github.io/selenium/docs/api/dotnet/html/T_OpenQA_Selenium_LogType.htm), but is available for JAVA. 

Is there a reason why this is the case? Are there plans on adding it to C#?
