Automated browsers comes over current using apps in Mac

Browser not running in background(Not headless). 

When using other apps in Macbook like calendar or notes, Automated browsers comes over that app, whenever the script takes screenshots or open new tabs. It interrupts the current working process in other apps.

I don't want to have the automated browser comes over other apps, It should be running as a background app(not headless).

Any solutions is appreciated.
