Selenium IDE Not Launching From Chrome... Sometimes

Exactly as the title states. I am on Chrome and about once every other week I encounter the issue where Selenium IDE just won't launch for me. I'm attempting to open from the extension in Chrome. No errors occur and the program isn't seen in Task Manager. 

If I leave it alone for awhile it often resolves itself and I'm able to get back in later in the day or the next day. I use this program often for work so I'm trying to find better solutions vs just waiting it out. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
