I think you need to be looking at how do I connect to Bugzilla using X [ where X is Java or .NET or python ]

Does this help ? Not really a selenium question, if I understand it correctly. But Bugzilla has a REST API you can use. So maybe you want to search ow to call rest api from a specific programming language?

you dont really want to integrate selenium and bugzilla, what I think you really want to do is have your testing framework integrate with bugzilla. you would need to look at the tool you are using to build your framework( testng, junit, nunit, mstest, rspec, whatever) and get those to talk.

A good way to think about it is.. Selenium only connects to the browser, it's really the test framework that you want to connect.  What you really want is, "How do I connect (insert test framework) to (insert target API)?"

So you want to work backwards.  Figure out what APIs and protocols your Bugzilla supports, then look at API libraries that lets you work in that protocol that integrates with your test framework / programming language.  From there, you can create a BaseTest class, that will execute a pre and post test hook that reports that that.
