Error parsing JSON from Google URL

Hello, I'm currently attempting to use Selenium Manager to automatically download the Chrome webdriver. I am recieving the following output when I try:

.\selenium-manager.exe --browser chrome --debug

The JSON appears sound to me when I access it manually. If anyone has any guidance on this I would greatly appreciate it!

Just for context, this is Selenium Manager version 0.4.35!
