Delete local saved web element with python

Trying to remove an web element by id that is in an html saved lokale on my computer.

Have selenium imported into the code, but bare .py code solution will also work fine.

Have copy&pasted alot of snippet of the web no one seems to work the way i try to implement them. The ones that compile and run without error still don't affect the localy saved .html
