I just want to know whether selenium webdriver has support for the latest versions of browsers like

1. firefox - 23
2. chrome - 29

I am using selenium-2.35 for python. It is not working with firefox-23 but works fine in firefox-23.
If it is supported, how and which version of selenium i can use?

Asha,

am a bit confused at this statement :

I am using selenium-2.35 for python. It is not working with firefox-23 but works fine in firefox-23.

So are you saying that it works for FF 23 or not ?

The java change logs suggests that FF 23 support has been added.[http://selenium.googlecode.com/git/java/CHANGELOG]

But I dont see it being explicitly called out for python [ http://selenium.googlecode.com/git/py/CHANGES ]

For chrome, yes you should be able to get it to work [ Chrome auto updates itself and so the latest chromedriver binary should be able to help you interact with it]

Thanks & Regards

Sorry, I confused you.

selenium-2.35 is not working in FF - 23

I recently had my code working in FF - 22 - had the server running, able to run scripts in python, etc. So I'm confident the code works.

Then recently, I updated FF to 23 and now all I get is "[Errno 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it."

I thought maybe I needed to restart the server again, or something. But that seems to do nothing.

Like I already said, the change logs for python doesnt seem to explicitly call out if it supports 2.23.
So am not very sure around that part.

Asha, did you find a solution to the Errno 10061 issue? My scripts were running fine yesterday, but now result in this error.
