Hi how can i resolve this issue every time i run a test , this issue occur

Starting ChromeDriver 73.0.3683.68 (47787ec04b6e38e22703e856e101e840b65afe72) on port 2631

Only local connections are allowed.

Please protect ports used by ChromeDriver and related test frameworks to prevent access by malicious code.

I am not sure you know this, but "Only local connections are allowed." is NOT an error. This is an expected info message for you. I do not know why you get "Timed out connecting to Chrome, retrying...". You might need to share some code of how you are opening the browser.
