Selenium: Firefox browser not visible on windows 7

hello
 i was trying to bringup of my selenium tests using maven command from a php based web application.where the maven command being invoked using system command from PHP.
the same maven command work absolutely fine while being invoked from console, but what i am observing here while invoking from PHP page is that, the entire tests run fine with result but the firefox web brower not visible during test run.
Any thoughts on this highly appreciated.

Yes!it is installed.feel this is something related to windows 7 Interactive Services Detection.but no idea how to fix this issue
As php invoking my maven command with selenium test, tried making apache 2.4 windows service to log on as a perticular user not SYSTEM.still this is not working
