Hi,

I am getting error "java.lang.RuntimeException: Firefox refused shutdown" for Selenium RC while running my automation script. I did search for the cause on internet and found that I need to get latest seleniumRC (Which I already have). Second solution was asking me to modify some (.jar) file to tweak some setting. However I can't file that variable (I opened the jar file in textpad editor. Not sure if that was right was to do that).

Can anybody suggest solution for this.

Hi,

Are you sure that you are actually starting the server before you are executing the script??

If yes try this try to run the server on different port . see that makes any difference...
