Hi, I would like to use the same evalution method on my own model. I am backtracking and see that AUC and Prec/Recall are computed here https://github.com/datduong/selene/blob/master/selene_sdk/train_model.py#L407.

Next, I backtrack further to here https://github.com/datduong/selene/blob/dbef3f52959bc83e679995dec9a8bb2b8ac2ad65/selene_sdk/utils/performance_metrics.py#L279

Is this the class that compute the metrics for any input prediction probabilities and gold labels?

Sorry I totally missed this post & only saw it today when I re-reviewed the google groups. Yes, this is correct. Please let me know if you still have questions on how to use the class or anything!
