Are you able to reproduce this in isolation?

I'd recommend either taking out components from your site, piece by piece, until Select2 starts jumping around or creating a jsbin and slowly rebuilding your base template in it until Select2 starts jumping around. Most likely you have some component on your page that is not agreeing with Select2, and that conflict is causing problems.
